Market Brief October 26, 2010

There is just no stopping this market right now, with all the necessary ingredients in place for the rally to continue.

  1. Low Rates – You have to put your money somewhere and stocks look good
  2. Momentum – You don’t fight the tape
  3. Earnings are good – The market won’t start to fall until earnings start to disappoint
  4. Sentiment is negative – The public is still overwhelmingly negative, which is a positive for stocks
  5. (Drum roll please) The Fed is printing more money and set to give us QEII. Regardless of the long term implications, this is great for the short term.

To find out how Stocks can rise while the economy stinks – Seeing the forest for the trees.

Can the rally continue – Great Shakeout.
